The YILIAN display wall range is produced by PVC foam co-extrusion, giving a panel that is light to handle, rigid enough to carry merchandise, and stable in damp environments. Surfaces are film-laminated, so dust and fingerprints wipe off with a damp cloth and the color holds indoors over long service.
Single slot series — yilian-1 to yilian-9. A classic single-groove profile that takes standard single-slot hooks, shelf brackets and display baskets. Base structures differ across the model numbers, so buyers can select for load requirements and fixing method. Available in wood grain, black, white and light grey.
Narrow slot series — yilian-10 to yilian-17. A tighter groove spacing that suits denser merchandising layouts — jewelry, small hardware, tackle and sample walls where display pieces sit close together. Same color range, same push-fit assembly.
Double slot series — yilian-18 to yilian-27. The mainstream choice for retail floors and exhibition booths. The dual-groove structure supports a wider accessory set and heavier shelf arrangements, with model variations in the base clip structure to match different wall build-ups.
Panels join with snap-in clips and are cut with ordinary hand tools on site. No painting, no wet trades, no curing time.
PVC Cove Base: The Floor-to-Wall Transition Detail
The yilian-63 to yilian-67 range is a two-in-one wall base board and skirting profile designed specifically for projects where vinyl flooring turns up the wall — hospitals, laboratories, schools, offices and shopping centers. The profile is extruded in a light beige wood tone with a grey wear-resistant edge band, and every model differs in curvature, height and fold structure so different wall-heights and termination conditions can be resolved with the same product family.
The rounded corner is the point. There is no sharp edge to catch a trolley wheel, no crevice to trap dirt, and no visible break between floor and wall. The profile stays flexible and impact-resistant, will not crack like rigid trim, and wipes clean without staining or growth of mold in wet zones.
Connectors, Edge Bands and Aluminum Trim Profiles
U-shaped edge banding — yilian-34, yilian-35, yilian-36. Light grey PVC caps that press onto a cut slatwall edge, hiding the raw section and protecting the panel from chipping during handling and installation. Three opening sizes cover different panel thicknesses.
H-connectors — yilian-55 to yilian-58. Black PVC joint profiles with a double-sided groove that seats two panels simultaneously, aligning the face, concealing the gap and locking the joint against movement. The result is a continuous wall with no visible step between boards.
Aluminum trim lines — yilian-79 to yilian-87. Extruded aluminum profiles for integrated wall panels, covering I-joint splices, external corners, internal corners, U-shaped edging and L-shaped termination. Finishes include wood transfer, powder-coated black and white, matched to carbon crystal board, wood veneer board and similar decorative wall panels.
Decorative Wall Boards with Impact Resistance
The yilian-68 to yilian-102 series covers carbon crystal, snow crystal and wood veneer impact boards on a high-polymer composite substrate with a laminated surface. Marble and wood grain decors are available. The boards are cut on site and installed dry, straight onto the wall without complex substrate preparation, which shortens project schedules considerably on renovation work. The surface resists scuffing and wiping, and the panel resists the denting that ordinary decorative boards show in high-traffic corridors.
